1. The Services; Changes to the Services or the Terms

These Terms govern your use of the mobile game Arrow Puzzle: Track Master and any related websites or services provided by YofunGame (collectively, the "Services"). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; if we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, through the game or on this page). Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility to Use the Services

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services. You may not use the Services if you are located in a country subject to applicable export restrictions or are prohibited from receiving the Services under applicable law.

3. Our Retained Proprietary Rights; Your Limited License to the Services

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, graphics, music, and trademarks, are owned by YofunGame or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the game for non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Services, nor use them for any unlawful or commercial purpose.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

4. Our Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described there.

5. User Content and Responsibility for It

If the Services allow you to submit content (such as a username, support messages, or reviews), you are solely responsible for that content and must ensure it complies with these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, you grant YofunGame a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, host, and display such content in connection with the Services. We may monitor or remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Code of Conduct and Our Enforcement Rights

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized software, or interfere with the Services.
• Harass, abuse, or post hateful, obscene, or infringing content.
• Impersonate others or provide false information.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems.

We may investigate violations and, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your access.

7. Your Sole Responsibility for Interactions with Other Users

The Services may include features that let you interact with other players. You are solely responsible for those interactions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release YofunGame from any claims arising from such interactions.

8. Report Conduct or Content; Copyright Policy

To report violations or infringing content, contact us at support@yofungame.cn. We respond to valid copyright (DMCA) notices and will terminate repeat infringers as required by law.

9. In-Game Purchases, Virtual Items, and Payment Terms

• Virtual items: any in-game currency, coins, or items have no real-world value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be modified or removed by us at any time. All purchases are final.
• Payments: purchases are processed by the app store (for example, Google Play). Such transactions are governed by the store's terms, and we do not receive your full payment-card details.
• Subscriptions: if offered, subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period, according to the store's rules. Cancellation and refund requests follow the applicable store policy.
• No refunds: except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and closing your account does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Links to Third-Party Websites, Resources, or Advertising

The Services may contain third-party advertising, links, or resources. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

11. Ending Your Relationship with the Services

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including license restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive termination.

12. Your Indemnification of Us

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YofunGame and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Warranty Disclaimers and Limitation of Our Liability

The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YofunGame is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the six (6) months before the claim, or twenty U.S. dollars (US$20) if you paid nothing.

14. Time Limitation on Your Claims against Us

Any claim or cause of action arising from the Services must be brought within one (1) year after the event giving rise to it, or it is permanently barred.

15. Governing Law and Venue for Legal Disputes Not Subject to Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Non-arbitrated disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the People's Republic of China.

16. Informal Dispute Resolution; Agreement to Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

Before filing a claim, you and YofunGame agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@yofungame.cn within sixty (60) days. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), seated in Beijing, and both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, or representative action, except where prohibited by applicable law.

17. Miscellaneous Provisions

• These Terms are the entire agreement between you and YofunGame regarding the Services.
• If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction.
• No waiver of any term is a waiver of future enforcement.
